I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was ideal, close to the national parks and tourist attractions. The breakfast service even started as early as 4:30 am, which was a huge convenience.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Friendly staff, good location
During my Easter break, I stayed at a hotel that had a lot of positives. The staff was extremely friendly, making sure I was comfortable and satisfied throughout my stay. The hotel's location was also convenient, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. the hotel had a great pool and gym, which I enjoyed during my free time.
The hotel lacked some essential facilities. There were minimal cooking utensils and no hairdryer, which was frustrating.

I recently stayed at a hotel along Magadi Road and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect as it was close to several tourist attractions such as the Nairobi National Park, which made it convenient for exploring. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were friendly, helpful, and provided great service. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a comfortable bed and good WiFi. Lastly, I was impressed by the breakfast options available, which even catered for early risers like myself as breakfast was served at 4:30 am.
All in all, everything was great during my stay at this hotel.

The staff members were very kind and always available to assist us, which made us feel valued. the food was delicious and served in large portions.
The location of the hotel was not ideal as it was far from attractions and walking off the property was not safe. some of the amenities were not as advertised, such as the lack of cooking utensils and an empty mini bar.

Very safe, clean, and secluded. Lovely staff, especially Susan. Great service and saved money. Convenient location near elephant orphanage. Driver available throughout stay. Excellent value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Personal tour of the area. Assistance with shoe repair. Truly amazing.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel's location near national parks was a plus for us. We enjoyed visiting nearby wildlife attractions during our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a kitchenette and functioning minibar. the staff was accommodating, and breakfast was decent with many options to choose from.
The shower was poorly designed, leading to a wet bathroom floor, which could be dangerous.
